I can’t thank the Praskins’ enough for all their advice and support with helping me choose a digital piano. Their blog was extraordinarily helpful and helped me create a short list of options. I contacted Tim via the website and he called me back the same day. He had clearly read and absorbed the email I sent and listened to what I needed. We had a great discussion about my options and at no point did he steer me towards a piano he wanted me to buy – he facilitated the discussion so that I could arrive at my own conclusion. He did not pressure me to buy from him at all but rather simply spelled that out as one option out of many.
I eventually decided on a Kawai CA701 and purchased through them. Purchasing was easy. Delivery was early. And the best part was the piano is phenomenal and is exactly what I was looking for.
